Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 days (Standard) or 2–4 days (Priority).

  • Please Note: Expedited shipping speeds up transit time, not processing time.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly based on location and local postal reliability.

Do I have to pay international customs fees?

Yes. While we love shipping worldwide, our shipping rates do not include customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by your country upon entry.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, we can request a missing mail search on your behalf. If a domestic package hasn't arrived after several weeks, we will happily ship a replacement.

My package shows "Delivered" but I didn't receive it. What now?

Please email us at ilovejw@gmail.com. We recommend checking with neighbors or your mail carrier first, as this often resolves the issue.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

What is your return policy?

Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, canvas prints, towels, phone cases, custom items, digital downloads, or international orders.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns that originally qualified for "Free Shipping," the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please email photos of the damaged item to ilovejw@gmail.com, and we will quickly send a replacement or find a solution for you.

Do you offer discounts for full-time servants?

We strive to keep our prices as low as possible for all our brothers and sisters. To ensure our gifts remain affordable for everyone, we do not offer additional individual discounts. 

Can I customize an item?

Currently, we only offer customization for items specifically listed as "customizable" on our site.
