How soon can I expect my order?
Order shipping times vary greatly on what we have in stock. Most items ship pretty quick (2-5 days). Once your order ships, it will get to you depending on the shipping speed you select at checkout. Our normal shipping speed is 5-7 days, or you can speed it up with Priority mail to just 2-4 days. Please also be advised this can change: based on if we get a large influx of orders or if (due to world conditions) shipping carriers have delays. Expedited or priority shipping does not speed up the processing time, only the shipping time. These time frames are only applicable to domestic shipping within the States. International shipping arrival times vary widely based on location and reliability of mail service.
Do I have to pay customs on my item if I ship it internationally?
We are very happy to offer international shipping! We love offering gifts to friends all over the world! That being said, please be advised that your shipping price does not include the cost of customs. We are not responsible for any customs that may need to be collected before it enters your country. Thank you for your understanding in this regard!
If my order is delayed in shipping what do I do?
We are so so sorry if this has happened to you. Unfortunately, with the world conditions things get more and more tricky. If your order is delayed we can request a missing mail search, however sometimes it just requires waiting. If it has been a few weeks though, we will pack up another order for you and mail it out.
My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
We know that when you are waiting for a package to arrive and it says delivered, and then it's not is so frustrating! If this happens to you, send us an email at hello@gingersfiveanddime.com. We will check to make sure the shipping address is correct, and offer some practical solutions. Many of the friends have had success finding their delivered package by checking with their neighbors and/or mail person. If the shipping address is incorrect, we will work with you, but please be advised we do not reship orders or offer full refunds for orders that have been sent to a wrong address that was provided by the purchaser. Thank you for your understanding!
What if I want to return my item?
To return your unused or undamaged order, or just an item, simply send us an email at hello@gingersfiveanddime.com and we will let you know where to send it. We will refund your amount minus the original cost of shipping. We deduct the amount of shipping EVEN IF you received free shipping at checkout. This is because the the item or order being returned is probably what put the order in free shipping range. We of course will be reasonable (i.e. the shipping cost more than the product being returned), but we are a small business after all and "free" shipping costs come out of pockets. We do not offer returns for sale items, canvas prints, towels, phone cases, or custom items. If the product is as described and not damaged, we do not provide a return label. If you wish to process a return, it must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. If the process is started after 14 days, we are not able to offer a refund. We do not offer refunds or returns on items shipped internationally.
Please note that once you have purchased a digital download, access cannot be revoked, even if you purchase multiples of a digital download. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any digital downloads due to the nature of the product. However, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
OH NO! We hate that! Just email us pictures at hello@gingersfiveanddime.com and let us know. We will be happy to take care of it for you!
I am a full time servant, can I get a discount?
We appreciate how hard you work in your service to Jehovah! As fellow full time servants, we know how hard it can be to make ends meet. That's why we keep our prices as low as we possibly can for ALL our brothers and sisters. Whether they are able to enjoy full time service, or have the pioneer spirit, we are proud to offer you gifts at the lowest price point we possibly can (trust me, its a long discussion if we even consider raising the prices by a few cents-it takes months, seriously months).

Can I customize an item?
Great question! We used to customize A LOT of items. However, due to our busy spiritual schedule, we aren't able to customize items right now other than what is already customizable on our site. However if you have an idea for something you think many people would like to have made available, please feel free to contact us and let us know what it is. You never know we just just make it!
